I led the creative development, design, and production of the signage system from concept to final delivery. This included:

- Designing 16 flexible signage templates optimized for both brand integrity and Outfitter customization
- Building 115 unique deliverables in various color and messaging versions to meet a wide variety of placement needs
- Developing thumbnail mockups for Polaris’ online marketplace platform to help Outfitters visualize signage before ordering
- Creating a polished, branded Lookbook to showcase available signage options and inspire adoption by partner Outfitters

Throughout the process, I provided strategic guidance and clear creative leadership to help Polaris Adventures’ team streamline communication and decision-making, ensuring deadlines were met despite tight turnarounds.

I led the creative development, design, and production of the signage system from concept to final delivery. Throughout the process, I also provided strategic experience-based guidance and clear creative leadership to help Polaris Adventures’ team streamline communication and decision-making, ensuring deadlines were met despite tight turnarounds.

The Challenge
Polaris Adventures needed a comprehensive library of co-branded signage templates for their nationwide network of adventure outfitters. These templates had to maintain brand consistency while allowing for customization by individual Outfitters. Additionally, each asset required multiple versions to accommodate different use cases, color schemes, and outfitter branding needs.

The Approach
In order to maintain brand awareness and consistency across all assets, I chose to use Polaris Outfitters blue and white brand colors in conjunction with a simple pattern overlay to bring subtle texture and interest, allowing the brand photography and asset copy to do the heavy lifting. With over 100 final assets, a major challenge was figuring out how to implement established campaign and brand rules in a way that allows each asset to not only be consistent to campaign and brand standards, but also be intrinsically impactful on it's own.

The Results
One very large, cohesively polished, highly scalable, and easy-to-use template system for both client, and outfitters alike.

- 16 Base Signage and Wayfinding Mockups to be included on the outfitters website and Lookbook (+ color versions)
- 29 Base Digital & Print ads for outfitters to edit and implement to advertise their services, and partnership with Polaris Adventures (+ copy and layout versions)
- 1 Lookbook to showcase available signage/swag options and inspire adoption by partner Outfitters
- 115 unique deliverables with various color and messaging versions to meet a wide variety of placement needs
