Lead Creative Producer

As the Lead Producer of Creative for the entire week, I worked closely with the Creative Director to implement the approved creative direction across all creative assets, and make their dreams into a powerfully creative and impactful experience. My role focused on transforming the creative ideology into a compelling, branded real-life experience, including:
- Implemented a cohesive visual identity for the event platform, keynotes, and supporting materials
- Sourced and managed relationship with mural activation artist
- Worked alongside Editor to produce sizzle reels and main intros
- Managed creative budget, timeline, and vendor relations
- Partnered with internal Cox teams for logistics and attendee management

My Role
Lead Event Producer
As Lead Event Producer, I managed the full creative production for a week-long event—from video and print assets to signage, live activations, and documentation—while overseeing vendors, installs, budget, timeline, and close client partnership.

The Challenge
In what very well may have been the last large scale in-person event in 2020, Cox Communications requested my agency to revamp its annual Sales & Marketing Summit into a high-energy, highly aesthetic, and powerfully inspirational week-long event. The challenge for this event was to fit in all the required elements of a typical corporate conference, and elevate it into something the attentees would not only enjoy, but remember, and use as fuel for the year to come.

The Approach
As the Lead Producer for the entire week, I worked closely with my team to implement the approved creative direction across all creative assets, and make our clients dreams into a powerfully creative and impactful experience. My role focused on transforming the established creative into a compelling, branded real-life experience across event assets, including event signage, video production, powerpoint templates, and other supporting materials. I was also in charge of sourcing and mantaining vendor relationships, including a live mural activation featuring crowd-sourced inspiring words. I also worked alongside the Cox clients onsite to provide any additional logistical support.
