The Challenge
In what very well may have been the last large scale in-person event in 2020, Cox Communications requested my agency to revamp its annual Sales & Marketing Summit into a high-energy, highly aesthetic, and powerfully inspirational week-long event. The challenge for this event was to fit in all the required elemtns of a typical corporate conference, and elevate it into something the attentees would not only enjoy, but remember, and use as fuel for the year to come.
The Approach
As the Lead Producer of Creative for the entire week, I worked closely with the Creative Director to implement the approved creative direction across all creative assets, and make their dreams into a powerfully creative and impactful experience. My role focused on transforming the creative ideology into a compelling, branded real-life experience, including:

Implemented a cohesive visual identity for the event platform, keynotes, and supporting materials

Sourced and managed relationship with mural activation artist

Worked alongside Editor to produce sizzle reels and main intros

Managed creative budget, timeline, and vendor relations

Partnered with internal Cox teams for logistics and attendee management
The Solution
The result was a polished, branded, and energy-filled summit that engaged and inspired attendees to take all their experiences from the week back home to energize and improve their work. And despite being “just another corporate conference,” our creative was able to break through what can be incredibly hum-drum, and created and maintained energy and focus for the entire week-long event.
