Polaris Adventures
Co-Branded Outfitter Templates
Agency: Abby Blunt Creative
Client: Polaris Adventures
Project: Co-Branded Templates
Role: Designer
The Challenge
Polaris Adventures needed a comprehensive library of co-branded signage templates
for their nationwide network of adventure outfitters. These templates had to maintain brand consistency while allowing for customization by individual Outfitters.

The project involved close collaboration with a smaller, developing department that was still refining its internal communication processes.
The Approach
I led the creative development, design, and production of the signage system from concept to final delivery. This included:

-
Designing 16 flexible signage templates optimized for both brand integrity
and Outfitter customization -
Building 115 unique deliverables in various color and messaging versions to meet
a wide variety of placement needs -
Developing thumbnail mockups for Polaris’ online marketplace platform to help Outfitters visualize signage before ordering
-
Creating a polished, branded Lookbook to showcase available signage options
and inspire adoption by partner Outfitters
Throughout the process, I provided strategic guidance and clear creative leadership
to help Polaris Adventures’ team streamline communication and decision-making, ensuring deadlines were met despite tight turnarounds.
The Solution
-
16 signage templates × 3 color versions + various messaging = 115 total deliverables
-
2 thumbnail mockups for the website + a professionally designed Lookbook for outfitter partners
-
All assets designed to maintain brand consistency while providing outfitters with creative flexibility
The Results
-
Delivered ahead of schedule, with 30 hours used out of an estimated 40 for
the first phase -
Created a scalable, easy-to-use signage system that will serve
Polaris Adventures and its partners moving forward -
Helped improve internal workflows with clear versioning, organized file delivery,
and actionable creative recommendations for future initiatives
